Accurate and Accessible Records Sample Clauses
The "Accurate and Accessible Records" clause requires parties to maintain records that are both correct and readily available for review. In practice, this means that all relevant documents, data, or logs must be kept up to date, free from errors, and organized in a way that allows authorized individuals to access them efficiently when needed. This clause ensures transparency and accountability by making it possible to verify compliance, resolve disputes, or conduct audits based on reliable information.
