Accurate Public Statement Sample Clauses
The Accurate Public Statement clause requires parties to ensure that any public statements or disclosures they make about the agreement or their relationship are truthful and not misleading. In practice, this means that press releases, announcements, or public comments must accurately reflect the facts and not exaggerate, omit, or distort information related to the contract. This clause helps prevent misunderstandings, protects reputations, and ensures that all external communications are consistent and reliable, thereby reducing the risk of disputes or reputational harm arising from inaccurate public information.
