Common use of Accurate Reports Clause in Contracts

Accurate Reports. No Monthly Report, Weekly Report or computation of Cash Collateral Payment (in each case, if prepared by such Loan Party, or to the extent information therein was supplied by such Loan Party), no other information, exhibit, schedule or information concerning the Collateral furnished or to be furnished verbally or in writing before or after the date of this Agreement, by or on behalf of such Loan Party to each of the Co-Agents or Lenders pursuant to this Agreement was or will be inaccurate in any material respect as of the date it was or will be dated or (except as otherwise disclosed to each of the Co-Agents or the Lenders at such time) as of the date so furnished, or contained or (in the case of information or other materials to be furnished in the future) will contain any material misstatement of fact or omitted or (in the case of information or other materials to be furnished in the future) will omit to state a material fact or any fact necessary to make the statements contained therein not materially misleading in light of the circumstances made or presented.

No Monthly Report, Weekly Report or computation of Cash Collateral Payment Information Package (in each case, if prepared by such Loan Party, or to the extent information therein was supplied by such Loan Party), no other information furnished verbally or in writing prior to the date of this Agreement, and no other information, exhibit, schedule financial statement, document, book, record or information concerning the Collateral report furnished or to be furnished verbally or in writing before or after the date of this Agreement, by or on behalf of such Loan Party to each any of the Co-Agents or Lenders pursuant to this Agreement was or will be inaccurate in any material respect as of the date it was or will be dated or (except as otherwise disclosed to each of the Co-Agents or the Lenders at such time) as of the date so furnished, or contained or (in the case of information or other materials to be furnished in the future) will contain any material misstatement of fact or omitted or (in the case of information or other materials to be furnished in the future) will omit to state a material fact or any fact necessary to make the statements contained therein not materially misleading in light of the circumstances made or presented.

No Monthly Report, Weekly Receivables Report or computation of Cash Collateral Payment Settlement Report (in each case, if prepared by such Loan Partyany Seller Party or its Affiliate, or to the extent information therein was supplied by such Loan Party), no any Seller Party or its Affiliate) or other information, exhibit, schedule financial statement, document, book, record or information concerning the Collateral report furnished or to be furnished verbally or furnished, in writing before or after the date of this Agreementeach case in writing, by or on behalf of such Loan any Seller Party or its Affiliates to each of the Co-Agents Administrator, Purchaser or Lenders the Relationship Bank pursuant to this Agreement was or will be inaccurate in any material respect as of the date it was or will be dated or (except as otherwise disclosed to each of the Co-Agents or Administrator, Purchaser, and the Lenders Relationship Bank at such time) as of the date so furnished, or contained or (in the case of information or other materials to be furnished in the future) will contain any material misstatement of fact or omitted or (in the case of information or other materials to be furnished in the future) will omit to state a material fact or any fact necessary to make the statements contained therein not materially misleading in light of the circumstances made or presented.
