Common use of Accurate Reproduction Clause in Contracts

Accurate Reproduction. Company agrees that in connection with its exercise of the right granted in Section 2.1 of this Agreement, it will accurately reproduce the Google Applications (including any legal notices and marks contained therein) and will not insert into the Google Applications any viruses, worms, date bombs, time bombs, or other code that is specifically designed to cause the Google Applications to cease operating, or to damage, interrupt, allow access to or interfere with any Google Applications or End User data.
