Common use of Acknowledge Contribution of other Researchers Clause in Contracts

Acknowledge Contribution of other Researchers. Institution and Researcher shall acknowledge the contribution of researchers who generated Researcher Provided Data used by Institution in any and all publications, written and oral presentations, media reports, interviews and disclosures that are permitted hereunder and that result from any and all analyses of such Researcher Provided Data, whether the same occur during the term of this DAA or afterwards, in accordance with guidelines in this DAA and the MSSNG Website.
