Acknowledgement and Assumption of Risk. Releasor acknowledges the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assumes the risk that Releasor may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 arising out of and/or related to the Competition, including but not limited to travel to/from the venue, accommodation, training for and participation in the Competition or any Company-sanctioned activity, use of the Company’s equipment or facilities and/or using any equipment or facilities rented or leased by the Company and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death.
