ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ASSUMPTION OF RISKS. I understand that there are known and unknown risks associated with the Activities, including physical and emotional injury, illness, paralysis, permanent disability, death, and property damage. I acknowledge that the Activities may occur in outdoor and remote environments on land or water, on or off trail, and some of the risks include, but are not limited to: (1) tripping, slipping, or falling; (2) strains, sprains, broken bones, abrasions, cuts, blisters, or sunburn; (3) inclement weather; (4) animal attacks, insect bites, allergic reactions, or other acute illness; (5) equipment, vehicles, or tools that may break, fail, or malfunction; (6) persons involved in the Activities may act carelessly or misjudge my capabilities; (7) traffic or other vehicle accidents; and (8) the unavailability of medical or rescue personnel. Despite the risks, I knowingly elect to participate in the Activities and I agree to assume all risks to me and my property, including risks caused by Audubon’s negligence or fault. I agree that Audubon cannot guarantee my safety and has not made any warranty or representation regarding the safety of the Activities. I understand and acknowledge that the persons who lead Audubon Activities are not professional guides or instructors and have no emergency medical services training. I agree that I am responsible for my own safety and medical needs at all times. I have the right to decide not to participate in the Activities at any time. I have considered my particular physical and emotional condition in making the decision to participate in the Activities and I certify that I am capable of safely participating in the Activities. I understand that transportation to and from the Activities is not part of any Audubon-sponsored Activities. I agree that if I carpool, it is an independent activity based on my own initiative and at my own risk. Release and Indemnity Agreement. I hereby expressly, unconditionally, and forever waive, release, discharge, hold harmless, indemnify, and promise not to xxx Xxxxxxx and its insurers, directors, officers, trustees, employees, volunteers, trip leaders, co-sponsors, chapters, contractors, agents, successors, and assigns (the “Audubon Parties”) from and for any and all causes of action, liabilities, claims, demands, injuries, losses, damages, costs and expenses of any kind, which arise or may hereafter arise, including but not limited to, any claim for property damage, personal injury or death suffered by me or any other person resulting from or relating to, whether directly or indirectly, my participation in the Activities and whether caused by the negligence or fault of the Audubon Parties or otherwise. This Agreement is specifically intended to waive and release all claims that I may have against the Audubon Parties for negligence or fault, regardless of legal theory. I intend for this Agreement to apply also to my child(ren), any child(ren) in my care, and the parents or guardians of such child(ren), as well as all of our insurers, relatives, guardians, personal representatives, heirs, beneficiaries, next of kin, successors, and assigns. Should the Maine Audubon Parties be required to incur attorneys’ fees, costs, or other expenses to enforce this Agreement, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Maine Audubon Parties for all such fees, costs, and expenses.

I acknowledge that the Activities may occur in outdoor and remote environments on land or water, on or off trail, and some of the risks include, but are not limited to: (1) tripping, slipping, or falling; (2) muscle strains, sprainspulls, tears, broken bones, abrasionsand shin splits; forces of nature; civil unrest and war; terrorism; roads, cutstrails, blistersterrain, or sunburn; (3) inclement weather; (4) animal attacks, insect bites, allergic reactions, or other acute illness; (5) equipmenthotels, vehicles, or tools that may break, fail, or malfunction; (6) persons involved in the Activities may act carelessly or misjudge my capabilities; (7) traffic boats or other vehicle accidentsmeans of conveyance which are not operated or maintained at standards common in my country; crossing roadways and entering/exiting vehicles; the hazards of traveling in remote, unsafe or politically unstable areas or under unsafe conditions; accident or illness without access to means of rapid evacuation or availability of medical supplies; the adequacy of medical attention once provided; physical exertion for which I am not prepared; transportation failures; equipment failures, malfunctions or deficiencies; contact with wild animals whether on foot or in vehicles; social or labor unrest; consumption of alcoholic beverages; stolen, lost or misplaced luggage or property; theft or break-ins into vehicles, lodging or elsewhere; mechanical or construction failures or difficulties; diseases; epidemics; bites or stings from insects or pests; local laws; climactic conditions; abnormal conditions or developments; negligence by third party service providers; financial default of any third party suppliers; and (8) the unavailability any actions, omissions or conditions outside of medical or rescue personnel. Despite the risks, I knowingly elect to participate in the Activities and I agree to assume all risks to me and my property, including risks caused by AudubonConnecting Growth Globally’s negligence or faultcontrol not mentioned herein. I agree further acknowledge that Audubon my Trip may take place in locations with rates of xxxxx and/or violent crime higher than those in my home country and/or home city, and that Connecting Growth Globally cannot guarantee my safety and has not made any warranty security or representation regarding the safety and security of the Activitiesmy belongings. I understand and that such risks simply cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the Trip provided by Connecting Growth Globally. I acknowledge that these are some, but not all, of the persons who lead Audubon Activities are inherent and acquired risks associated with the activities performed on a Connecting Growth Globally trip. A complete listing of inherent and acquired risks is not professional guides or instructors and have no emergency medical services trainingpossible. I expressly agree that I am to be responsible for my own safety welfare and medical needs at fully assume all times. I have the right to decide not to participate in the Activities at any time. I have considered my particular physical and emotional condition in making the decision to participate in the Activities and I certify that I am capable of safely participating in the Activities. Should MEDICAL CERTIFICATION I certify that I have adequate insurance to cover any injury or damage I or the Maine Audubon Parties be required to incur attorneys’ fees, costsMinor may cause or suffer while participating in the Trip, or other expenses to enforce this Agreement, else I agree to indemnify bear the costs of such injury or damage myself. I further certify that I have no medical or physical conditions, which could interfere with my safety in the Trip, or else I am willing to assume the risk of and hold harmless bear the Maine Audubon Parties for all costs that may result, directly or indirectly, from any such fees, costs, and expensescondition.

I understand that this list is not exhaustive of all Activities that may be made available to me or any other person resulting from or relating to, whether directly or indirectly, my participation in the Activities and whether caused by the negligence or fault of the Audubon Parties or otherwise. This Agreement is specifically intended to waive and release all claims that I may have against the Audubon Parties for negligence or fault, regardless of legal theorydecide to participate in. I intend for this Agreement also acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating on the Tour with knowledge that travel involves numerous risks and dangers including, but not limited to, the following: dangers and risks inherent in Activities; negligence by Dirty Radish and/or its suppliers and local operators in the conduct or arrangement of the Tour in any respect from inception to apply also to my child(ren)completion; emotional trauma; disfigurement, any child(ren) temporary or permanent disability, including paralysis; death; muscle strains, pulls, tears, broken bones, and shin splints; forces of nature; civil unrest and war; terrorism; roads, trails, hotels, vehicles, boats or other means of conveyance which are not operated or maintained at standards common in my carecountry; crossing roadways and entering/exiting vehicles; the hazards of traveling in remote, unsafe or politically unstable areas or under unsafe conditions; high altitude; accident or illness without access to means of rapid evacuation or availability of medical supplies; the adequacy of medical attention once provided; physical exertion for which I am not prepared; transportation failures; equipment failures, malfunctions or deficiencies; contact with wild animals whether on foot or in vehicles; social or labor unrest; consumption of alcoholic beverages; stolen, lost or misplaced luggage or property; theft or break-ins into vehicles, lodging or elsewhere; mechanical or construction failures or difficulties; diseases; epidemics; bites or stings from insects or pests; local laws; climatic conditions; abnormal conditions or developments; negligence by third-party service providers; financial default of any third party suppliers; and any actions, omissions or conditions outside of Dirty Radish’s control not mentioned herein. I understand that such risks simply cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the Tour provided by Dirty Radish. Furthermore, guides/ instructors/facilitators have difficult jobs to perform involving judgment of the weather, the elements, the terrain, and other aspects of the parents Tour. They must also make judgments when providing warnings or guardians instructions. They seek safety, but they are not infallible and may misjudge the weather or other environmental conditions. I acknowledge that these are some, but not all, of such child(ren)the inherent and acquired risks associated with the activities performed on a Dirty Radish tour. A complete listing of inherent and acquired risks is not possible. I expressly agree to be responsible for my own welfare and fully assume all of the above risks, as well as all other risks set forth in this agreement, both known and unknown, voluntarily and knowingly, to the fullest extent permitted by law. MEDICAL CERTIFICATION I certify that I have adequate insurance to cover any injury or damage I may cause or suffer while participating in the Tour, or else I agree to bear the costs of our insurerssuch injury or damage myself. I further certify that I have no medical or physical conditions, relativeswhich could interfere with my safety in the Tour, guardiansor else I am willing to assume the risk of and bear the costs that may result, directly or indirectly, from any such condition. WAIVER OF LIABILITY, RELEASE, INDEMNIFICATION, AND COVENANT NOT TO XXX To the fullest extent permitted by law, I, an adult traveler, or as parent or legal guardian of the Minor, for myself, the Minor, my heirs, legal and personal representatives, next of kin, including my spouse, successors and assigns (individually and collectively, “Releasors”), expressly RELEASE, WAIVE, FOREVER DISCHARGE, HOLD HARMLESS AND COVENANT NOT TO XXX Dirty Radish, its owners, shareholders, officers, employees, directors, representatives, volunteers, guides, local operators and suppliers, successors and assigns (individually and together, “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability, claims, causes of action, demands, costs, damages, losses or suits of any and every kind which I or the Minor now have or may later have against the Released Parties arising out of, relating to, or in connection with the Tour arranged through or provided by Dirty Radish whether arising from the Released Parties’ negligence or otherwise. In addition, I agree to fully indemnify (that is protect and defend, and satisfy claims against) and hold harmless each Released Party from any and all claims, actions, suits and demands (including all reasonable attorney’s fees and costs incurred by the Released Party) initiated by a third party and arising from, attributable to or related to my or the Minor’s negligent or intentional actions or inactions, whether arising from the Released Parties’ negligence or otherwise, occurring during the trip. I AGREE THAT THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL SERVE AS A COMPLETE RELEASE AND EXPRESS ASSUMPTION OF RISK for myself, all members of my family and all minors traveling with me or on whose behalf I am signing this agreement, including the Minor (collectively encompassed by the term “their” in this paragraph), my and their heirs, beneficiaries, as well as my and their next of kin, successors, and assigns. Should the Maine Audubon Parties be required to incur attorneys’ fees, costs, or other expenses to enforce this Agreement, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Maine Audubon Parties for all such fees, costs, and expenses.legal and personal representatives. I expressly agree to be responsible for my own welfare and fully assume all of the above risks, as well as all other risks set forth in this agreement, both known and unknown, voluntarily and knowingly, to the fullest extent permitted by law. If signed on behalf of our insurersa Minor, relativesI have discussed the travel risks with the Minor, guardiansand they wish to participate in the Tour nevertheless. MEDICAL CERTIFICATION I certify that I have adequate insurance to cover any injury or damage I may cause or suffer while participating in the Tour, or else I agree to bear the costs of such injury or damage myself. I further certify that I have no medical or physical conditions, which could interfere with my safety in the Tour, or else I am willing to assume the risk of and bear the costs that may result, directly or indirectly, from any such condition. WAIVER OF LIABILITY, RELEASE, INDEMNIFICATION, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE To the fullest extent permitted by law, I, an adult traveler, or as parent or legal guardian of the Minor, for myself, the Minor, my heirs, legal and personal representatives, next of kin, including my spouse, successors and assigns (individually and collectively, “Releasors”), expressly RELEASE, WAIVE, FOREVER DISCHARGE, HOLD HARMLESS AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Captivating Croatia, its owners, shareholders, officers, employees, directors, representatives, volunteers, guides, local operators and suppliers, successors and assigns (individually and together, “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability, claims, causes of action, demands, costs, damages, losses or suits of any and every kind which I or the Minor now have or may later have against the Released Parties arising out of, relating to, or in connection with the Tour arranged through or provided by Captivating Croatia whether arising from the Released Parties’ negligence or otherwise. In addition, I agree to fully indemnify (that is protect and defend, and satisfy claims against) and hold harmless each Released Party from any and all claims, actions, suits and demands (including all reasonable attorney’s fees and costs incurred by the Released Party) initiated by a third party and arising from, attributable to or related to my or the Minor’s negligent or intentional actions or inactions, whether arising from the Released Parties’ negligence or otherwise, occurring during the trip. I AGREE THAT THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL SERVE AS A COMPLETE RELEASE AND EXPRESS ASSUMPTION OF RISK for myself, all members of my family and all minors traveling with me or on whose behalf I am signing this agreement, including the Minor (collectively encompassed by the term “their” in this paragraph), my and their heirs, beneficiaries, as well as my and their next of kin, successors, assigns, and assignslegal and personal representatives.
