Acknowledgement and Inventions Assignment. Acknowledge that I am bound by the terms of its agreement with TotalMed Systems, Inc. ("Company") to keep confidential certain information that may be disclosed to me before or during my service to the Company and acknowledge that under the terms of my agreement, I am bound and obligated by terms equally or more restrictive of such terms regarding the confidentiality of Company's information; and
