ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND PROTECTION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. 10.1. The Licensee acknowledges that all Intellectual Property Rights in the Licensed Work are the sole and exclusive property of the Publisher or are duly licensed to the Publisher and that this Licence does not assign or transfer to the Licensee any right, title or interest therein except for the right to use the Licensed Work in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Licence. 10.2. The Licensee acknowledges and agrees that the Publisher may suspend access to the Licensed Work by the Licensee in the event of any breach or suspected breach of this Agreement by the Licensee (including any suspected or actual infringement the Publisher’s Intellectual Property Rights) until such time as any issue has been determined and resolved. For the avoidance of doubt, only access to the Licensed Work by the institution that is suspected of an infringement will be restricted until the issue has been determined or resolved not the access to all the Authorised Institution represented by the Licensee.
