Common use of Acknowledgement by Grower Clause in Contracts

Acknowledgement by Grower. The Grower acknowledges having read and understood the Terms of Trade and that the Merchant’s Terms of Trade and the Schedule form part of this Agreement and apply to all transactions between the Merchant and the Grower. If a provision of this Agreement conflicts with the Merchant’s Terms of Trade, the provisions of this Agreement prevail.
