Common use of Acknowledgement by Parent Clause in Contracts

Acknowledgement by Parent. The Parent hereby acknowledges receipt of a copy of the Credit Agreement and agrees, for the benefit of the Administrative Agent and the Secured Parties, to be bound thereby and to comply with the terms thereof insofar as such terms are applicable to it (including, without limitation, Sections 7.1(f), 10.6(i) and 12.1(o)).
