Common use of Acknowledgement of Adequate Consideration Clause in Contracts

The parties stipulate and agree that the payment and other benefits owed to Executive by the Company under this Agreement and the performance of the Company's obligations hereunder constitute sufficient consideration to support enforcement of the covenants of this Agreement.
