Common use of Acknowledgement of Automatic Extension Clause in Contracts

Acknowledgement of Automatic Extension. Each Lender acknowledges that each Letter of Credit will continue in effect until such time as the Agent gives a Revocation Notice in accordance with Clause 6.2 (Revocation Notice) whereupon such Letters of Credit shall terminate on the earlier of, the date specified therein and 31 December 2012.
