The Company and the Purchaser acknowledge that the only terms and conditions upon which the Company Documents and Purchaser Documents are to be released are set forth in Articles 3 and 4 of this Agreement. The Company and the Purchaser reaffirm their agreement to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement with respect to the release of the Company Documents and Purchaser Documents. Any dispute with respect to the release of the Company Documents and Purchaser Documents shall be resolved pursuant to Section 4.2 or by agreement among the Company and Purchaser.
