Common use of Acknowledgement of Company’s Obligations Clause in Contracts

Acknowledgement of Company’s Obligations. The Company acknowledges that its obligation to issue shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise of the Warrants is binding upon it and enforceable regardless of the dilution that such issuance may have on the ownership interests of other stockholders.

Acknowledgement of Company’s Obligations. The Company acknowledges that that, subject to the provisions of Section 3.7, its obligation to issue shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise of the Warrants this Warrant is binding upon it and enforceable regardless of the dilution that such issuance may have on the ownership interests of other stockholders.
