Common use of Acknowledgement of Documentation Clause in Contracts

Acknowledgement of Documentation. The Subordinated Creditor hereby acknowledges that it is familiar with and understands the terms of the Senior Debt Documents. The Subordinated Creditor shall ensure that the Borrower provides such copies as the Subordinated Creditor wishes to receive of all amendments, modifications or supplements to any of the aforementioned documents and of any other Senior Debt Documents which are executed in the future pursuant to which Senior Debt may arise.
