Common use of Acknowledgement of Participant Clause in Contracts

Acknowledgement of Participant. The Participant hereby acknowledges receipt of a copy of the Plan and represents that he or she is familiar with the terms and conditions thereof, and hereby accepts the Shares subject to all of the terms and conditions thereof. The Participant has reviewed the Plan and this Agreement in their entirety, has had an opportunity to obtain the advice of counsel prior to executing this Agreement and fully understands all terms and conditions relating to the Shares. The Participant hereby agrees to accept as binding, conclusive and final all decisions or interpretations of the Administrator upon any questions arising under the Plan or this Agreement, and further agrees to notify the Company upon any change in the residence address set forth on the signature page hereto.
