Acknowledgement of Participation. Participant intends to voluntarily participate in one or more Activities. If Participant is a minor child, Participant’s Guardian authorizes the Participant to voluntarily participate in one or more Activities. The District reserves the right to terminate the Participant’s privilege to participate in the Activities at any time.
