Acknowledgement of Representation. The Executive and the Company acknowledge that they have been represented by counsel of their own choosing and have received a full and complete explanation of their rights and obligations under this Agreement and, therefore, in the event of a dispute over the meaning of this Agreement or any provision thereof, neither party shall be entitled to any presumption of correctness in favor of the interpretation advanced by such party or against the interpretation advanced by the other party.
