Acknowledgement of Restrictions; Confidential Information. Employee acknowledges and agrees that Employee has continuing non-competition, non-solicitation and non-disclosure obligations under the Employment Agreement and the Employee Innovations and Proprietary Rights Assignment Agreement between Employee and Company (the “Proprietary Rights Agreement”). Employee acknowledges and reaffirms Employee’s obligation to continue abide fully and completely with all post-employment provisions of the Employment Agreement and the Proprietary Rights Agreement and agrees that nothing in this Agreement shall operate to excuse or otherwise relieve Employee of such obligations.
