Employee acknowledges and agrees that Employee has continuing non-competition, non-solicitation and non-disclosure obligations under the Employment Agreement . Employee acknowledges and reaffirms Employee’s obligation to continue abide fully and completely with all post-employment provisions of the Employment Agreement and agrees that nothing in this Agreement shall operate to excuse or otherwise relieve Employee of such obligations.
