Acknowledgement Regarding Employment Agreement. Executive expressly acknowledges that any right of Executive arising under the Employment Agreement shall be and is hereby extinguished and cancelled, and he shall not be eligible to receive from NCC or the Bank any further amount, benefit or payment in consideration of the termination of the Employment Agreement.
