Acknowledgement Regarding Payments and Benefits. Executive acknowledges and agrees that he has received all wages and benefits to which he is entitled as a result of his employment with NCC and the Bank through the date of execution of this Agreement. Other than the payments set forth in this Agreement and valid claims under any such NCC Benefit Plan, the parties agree that neither the Bank nor NCC owes any additional amounts to Executive for wages, back pay, severance pay, bonuses, damages, accrued vacation, benefits, insurance, sick leave, other leave, or any other reason as a result of his employment with NCC and the Bank through the date of execution of this Agreement.
