Acknowledgements of Notices. The Issuer shall use all reasonable efforts to procure that the Account Bank and each Transaction Party which receives a Notice of Assignment acknowledges receipt of such notice in the form of Part 2 of Schedule 3 (Acknowledgement of Assignment) and Part 2 of Schedule 4 (Acknowledgement of Assignment) respectively.
