Acknowledgements Regarding Services. The Parties acknowledge and agree that Provider is not an employee leasing organization, personnel service, or contract labor firm, and Provider covenants not to hold itself out to the public as a professional employer, employee leasing, personnel service, contract labor, or similar organization. The Parties thus further acknowledge and agree that this Agreement and the Services provided hereunder are not, and are not intended to be, subject to laws concerning professional employer, employee leasing, personnel service, contract labor, or similar organizations.
