Common use of Acknowledgment and Confirmation Clause in Contracts

Acknowledgment and Confirmation. The Agent shall have received the Acknowledgment and Confirmation, substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto (the “Acknowledgement”), dated as of the Fifth Amendment Effective Date, executed and delivered by an authorized officer or other authorized signatory of each Guarantor; and

Acknowledgment and Confirmation. The Agent shall have received the Acknowledgment and Confirmation, substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto (the “Acknowledgement”), dated as of the Fifth Second Amendment Effective Date, executed and delivered by an authorized officer or other authorized signatory of each Guarantor; and

The Agent shall have received the Acknowledgment and Confirmation, substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto (the “Acknowledgement”), dated as of the Fifth Third Amendment Effective Date, executed and delivered by an authorized officer or other authorized signatory of each Guarantor; and
