Acknowledgment and Standstill. The Parties acknowledge the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the disposition of the Obligations in the manner set forth herein, and agree not to take any action to fulfill, enforce or dispose of the Obligations in any other manner while this Agreement remains in effect.
