Acknowledgment by Each Partner. Each Partner hereby acknowledges that no representations as to potential profit, cash flows or yield, if any, in respect of the Partnership or any one or more or all of the Projects owned, directly or indirectly, by the Partnership have been made to it by any other Partner or its Affiliates or any employee or representative of any other Partner or its Affiliates, and that projections and any other information, including, without limitation, financial and descriptive information and documentation, which may have been in any manner submitted to such Partner shall not constitute a representation or warranty, express or implied.
