Common use of Acknowledgment by Recipient Clause in Contracts

Acknowledgment by Recipient. The Recipient must, in all publications, promotional and advertising materials, public announcements, events and activities in relation to the Activity, or any products, processes or inventions developed as a result of it, acknowledge the financial and other support received from DFAT, in the manner specified in the DFAT publication 'Visibility and Recognition: Guidelines for NGOs (available on DFAT's website) or otherwise approved by DFAT prior to its use.
