ACKNOWLEDGMENT BY THE TENANT. The Tenant will execute promptly, when requested by the Landlord, a certificate in favor of any prospective mortgagee or purchaser of the Landlord certifying the status of this Lease, any modifications or breaches of this Lease, and the status of the rent account, all with the intent that any such acknowledgment or certificate may be relied upon by any party to whom it is directed.
