Acknowledgment Letter. Substitute employees hired to work for a regular employee who is unable to work because of a disability, a duly authorized leave, or a suspension, shall be notified, in writing, they are working only until the regular employee returns to work. Said substitute employee shall sign the letter as an acknowledgement.
Acknowledgment Letter. Within 60 days after obtaining all Regulatory Approvals for the Permitted Use on any License Area, Licensee shall deliver to the City a letter in the form of Exhibit A-3 to the Pole License (each, an “Acknowledgment Letter”). The purposes of the Acknowledgment Letter are to: (i) confirm the Commencement Date; (ii) tender or confirm payment by wire transfer of the License Fee for the first License Year, and the Security Deposit (by check, wire transfer, surety bond, or letter of credit), all in the amounts specified in the Basic License Information; (iii) provide to the City copies of all Regulatory Approvals; and (iv) provide to the City copies of required insurance certificates and endorsements related to the requirements under Article 19 (Insurance).
Acknowledgment Letter. The Administrative Agent shall have received an executed counterpart from the Revolving Agent of that certain Acknowledgement Letter, dated as of the date hereof, by and between the Administrative Agent and the Revolving Agent and with respect to the Intercreditor Agreement.

Acknowledgment Letter. For each Pole License approved by the City pursuant to Section 6.4.4 (Pole License Application Approval), Licensee shall deliver to the City a letter in the form shown in Exhibit A-3 to the Pole License (the “Acknowledgment Letter”) within approximately 10 business days after Licensee obtains all Regulatory Approvals necessary for the Permitted Use on any License Area. The parties intend the Acknowledgement Letter to:(a) confirm the Commencement Date; (b) tender or confirm payment by wire transfer of the License Fee for the first License Year and the Security Deposit; and (c) confirm that Licensee has submitted all information required in Section 19 (Insurance) under this Master License. Upon written notice to Licensee, the City shall have the right to correct the Commencement Date stated in Licensee’s Acknowledgement Letter after the City examines the Regulatory Approvals if, in the City’s reasonable determination, the Commencement Date stated on the Acknowledgment Letter is incorrect or inaccurate. The City’s reasonable determination in connection with this Section 4.1.2 will be final for all purposes under this Master License. The City will use reasonable efforts to deliver a countersigned Acknowledgement Letter to Licensee within approximately five business days after the City receives the partially executed Acknowledgment Letter with all required attachments and enclosures from Licensee. The fully executed Acknowledgment Letter will be Licensee’s notice to proceed with its installation. The date on which the City countersigns the Acknowledgement Letter will be the effective date for the subject Pole License.
Acknowledgment Letter. The Administrative Agent shall have received a letter in form and substance satisfactory to it, executed and delivered by the Seller and the Administrative Agent, relating to the second-priority security interest of the Administrative Agent in assets of PGT.
