Common use of ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF APPLICATION Clause in Contracts

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF APPLICATION. The Borrowers hereby agree that all amounts received by the Administrative Agent in the Fleet Concentration Account will be the sole and exclusive property of the Administrative Agent, for the accounts of the Lenders and the Administrative Agent, to be applied in accordance ss.2.13.2 or ss.2.14 as applicable.
