Acknowledgment of Federal Funding from DHS. All recipients must acknowledge their use of federal funding when issuing statements, press releases, requests for proposals, bid invitations, and other documents describing projects or programs funded in whole or in part with federal funds.

Acknowledgment of Federal Funding from DHS. All (“Project”) participants, including but not limited to Design Professionals (e.g. Architects/Engineers and their Sub consultants, Contractors, and all tiers of subcontractors, must acknowledge their use of federal funding when issuing statements, press releases, requests for proposals, bid invitations, and other documents describing the Project as it is funded in whole or in part with federal funds.
