Common use of Acknowledgment of Interconnection Request Clause in Contracts

Acknowledgment of Interconnection Request. Transmission Provider shall acknowledge receipt of the Interconnection Request within five (5) Business Days of receipt of the request and attach a copy of the received Interconnection Request to the acknowledgement.
