Common use of Acknowledgment of Lien Clause in Contracts

Acknowledgment of Lien. The Consenting Party hereby acknowledges that the Energy Complex is subject to the lien of the Financing Documents. The Collateral Agent, the Secured Parties and the holders of the Bonds have no obligation to release such lien until all obligations secured thereby have been paid in full.
