Acknowledgment of limitations. The parties other than the Trustee agree and acknowledge that they must not, in respect of any Trust Claim: (a) subject to clause 18.4, bring proceedings against the Trustee in its personal capacity; (b) seek to appoint an administrator or liquidator to the Trustee; or (c) commence the winding up, dissolution or administration of the Trustee; or (d) appoint a receiver, receiver and manager, administrative receiver or similar official to all or any of the assets of the Trustee, except to the extent that the steps taken affect any Assets or the Trustee’s right of recourse against, and indemnify from, the Assets and nothing else.
