Common use of Acknowledgment of Non-Reliance Clause in Contracts

Acknowledgment of Non-Reliance. Except for those representations and warranties expressly set forth in this Agreement, the Participant hereby disclaims reliance on any and all representations, warranties, or statements of any nature or kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the accuracy or completeness of such representations, warranties, or statements.
