Common use of Acknowledgment of Receipt; Waiver Clause in Contracts

Each Debtor acknowledges receipt of an executed copy of this Agreement and, to the extent permitted by applicable Law, waives the right to receive a copy of any financing statement or financing change statement registered in connection with this Agreement or any verification statement issued with respect to any such financing statement or financing change statement.
