Acknowledgment of Release. I acknowledge and agree that I am releasing all legally waivable rights to ▇▇▇ or obtain equitable, remedial or punitive relief from any or all Company Releasees of any kind whatsoever, including, without limitation, reinstatement, back pay, front pay, attorneys’ fees and any form of injunctive relief.
Acknowledgment of Release. Pursuant to Section 9.10 of the Credit Agreement, the Administrative Agent hereby acknowledges the release of each of CB&I Contractor’s Inc. (f/k/a ▇▇▇▇ Constructors, Inc.), CB&I Stone & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Construction, Inc. (f/k/a Stone & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Construction, Inc.), CB&I Stone & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Inc. (f/k/a Stone & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Inc.) and CB&I Stone & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Asia, Inc. (f/k/a Stone & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Asia, Inc.) from its obligations under the Guaranty concurrent with, and conditioned upon, the consummation of Project Bluefin.
Acknowledgment of Release. It is the intention of the Parties that the releases contained herein shall be effective to bar each and every claim, demand, or cause of action released hereby. Each Party recognizes that it may have some claim, demand, or cause of action against the other Party or entities that are released hereby of which they are unaware. It is the intention of each Party in executing this Agreement that it will deprive itself of each such claim, demand or cause of action and prevent itself from asserting same against the other Party.
Acknowledgment of Release. The parties hereby acknowledge that this Agreement includes a general release, and that they have had a full opportunity to be represented in this matter by counsel, have had sufficient time to consult with their counsel to the extent they deem necessary, have read this Agreement, understand its provisions and have signed this Agreement knowingly and voluntarily.
Acknowledgment of Release. ▇▇▇▇▇ acknowledges that she has knowingly and voluntarily signed and entered into this Agreement, and that she has been provided an adequate period of time to review and consider this Agreement before signing it. ▇▇▇▇▇ also acknowledged that there is nothing in this Agreement that is binding on the Village or any of the Released Parties unless this Agreement and all of its terms are approved by authorized representatives of the Village’s Board of Trustees, as confirmed by the Village representative’s signature below.
