Common use of Acknowledgment of Rights; Patent Marking Clause in Contracts

Acknowledgment of Rights; Patent Marking. Licensee acknowledges that Licensee's right to use the Licensed Technology arises only out of the licenses granted under this Agreement. All Products manufactured under issued patents of LTC shall bear a patent notice as may be necessary or desirable under the Laws of the applicable Government Entities.
