Acknowledgment of Support. The Provider agrees to acknowledge educational support from the Grantor in program brochures, syllabi, and other activity materials.
Acknowledgment of Support. (a) The Owner must acknowledge NSW Government’s support in accordance with the Funding Acknowledgement Guidelines as notified by the Minister including acknowledgement of NSW Government support on signage and in any other public communications.
(b) The Owner must, unless the Minister agrees otherwise, use the NSW Government’s Waratah logo in conjunction with all acknowledgements of NSW Government support in accordance with the Funding Acknowledgement Guidelines.
Acknowledgment of Support. Publications created by the Awardee may include a Corporation for National & Community Service logo if they are consistent with the purposes of the Agreement. The Awardee is responsible for assuring that the following acknowledgment and disclaimer appears in any external report or publication of material based upon work supported by this Agreement.
Acknowledgment of Support. Technical assistance deliverables, including but not limited to written products, training materials, outreach and marketing resources, and web-based tools and products developed under this Agreement may include a logo approved by HUD. Recipients must secure written approval of the GTR prior to including the official seal of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD logo) on technical assistance deliverables developed under this Agreement. The Recipient must include the following acknowledgment and disclaimer on all products, unless another version is authorized: “This material is supported by funding under an award from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Neither the U. S. Government, nor any of its employees, makes any warranty, express or implied, or assumes any legal liability or responsibility for the material. No references contained herein imply an endorsement of the material by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, its employees, or the U.S. Government. Any opinions contained within the material are those of the author(s) and/or contributor(s) and do not necessarily reflect the views or policies of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development or the U.S. Government.”
Acknowledgment of Support. The Contractor must acknowledge NSF support and be in accordance with the guidance given at h ttps://xxx.xxx.xxx/xxxxxxxx/xxxxx.xxx:
(a) in any publication (including presentations and World Wide Web sites) of any material based on or developed under this Contract in the following statement: ‐ Phases III & IV, which is fully funded by the National Science Foundation." [Use NSF Logo if graphical and NSF award number OCE- 1333564 if a publication or other written material]
(b) is orally acknowledged during all media interviews including, but not limited to, social media, radio, television and film.
(c) is included on any signs identifying the RCRV project at its location. The National Science Foundation emblem and name shall be prominently displayed on RCRV project facilities and equipment. The emblem and name shall be one inch or larger in size than those of any non-NSF support source.
Acknowledgment of Support. The Grantee is responsible for ensuring that KBA support is acknowledged as follows:
i. In any publication by Grantee or publication in which Grantee has knowingly furnished information, whether in electronic or in paper form, of any material based on or developed under this Project, by specifically stating that the Project is supported in part by funding from the Kansas Bioscience Authority, except that such acknowledgement is not required when research projects are 1) fully funded by an organization other than KBA, or 2) the publication prohibits or does not provide for acknowledgement; and
ii. Orally during all media interviews with Grantee’s employee when acting in their official capacities, including popular media such as radio, television and news magazines, by specifically stating that the Project is supported by funding from the Kansas Bioscience Authority.
Acknowledgment of Support. The Vendor shall include in any publication of any material, whether copyrighted or not, based on or developed under this Agreement, the following acknowledgment for USDOT support and disclaimer: This material is based upon work supported by the USDOT under FTA FU 2015 XXXXX Xxxxx No OH-2016-036-00. Any opinions, findings, and conclusions or recommendations expressed in this publication are those of the author(s) and do not necessarily reflect the view of the USDOT.
Acknowledgment of Support. The awardee is responsible for assuring that an acknowledgment of NSF support:
1. is made in any publication (including World Wide Web sites) of any material based on or developed under this project, in the following terms: "This material is based upon work supported by the National Science Foundation under Xxxxx Xx. (NSF xxxxx number)."
2. is orally acknowledged during all news media interviews, including popular media such as radio, television and news magazines.
Acknowledgment of Support. 1. An acknowledgment of FRA support and a disclaimer must appear in any MSDC publication, whether copyrighted or not, based on or developed under this Agreement, in the following terms: “This material is based upon work supported by the Federal Railroad Administration (“FRA”) under a grant/cooperative agreement between the FRA and the State of New York, dated _.”
2. All MSDC publications must also contain the following: “Any opinions, findings, and conclusions or recommendations expressed in this publication are those of the author(s) and do not necessarily reflect the view of the Federal Railroad Administration and or USDOT.”
3. MSDC agrees to cause to be erected at the site of any construction, and maintain during construction, signs satisfactory to FRA identifying the Project and indicating that FRA is participating in the development of the Project.
