Records Retention. PROVIDER will preserve all contracting information, as defined under Texas Government Code, Section 552.003 (7), related to the Agreement for the duration of the Agreement and for seven years after the conclusion of the Agreement.

Records Retention. All accounting records and evidence pertaining to all costs of Subrecipient and all documents related to this Contract shall be kept available at Subrecipient’s office or place of business for the duration of this Contract and thereafter for five (5) years after completion of an audit. Records which relate to: (1) complaints, claims, administrative proceedings or litigation arising out of the performance of this Contract; or (2) costs and expenses of this Contract to which County or any other governmental department takes exception, shall be retained beyond the five (5) years until final resolution or disposition of such appeals, litigation, claims, or exceptions.
Records Retention. The Asset Representations Reviewer will maintain copies of Review Materials, Review Reports and internal work papers and correspondence (collectively the “Client Records”) for a period of two years after the termination of this Agreement. At the expiration of the retention period, the Asset Representations Reviewer shall return all Client Records to the Servicer, in electronic format or, to the extent held in tangible form, in that form. Upon the return of the Client Records, the Asset Representations Reviewer shall have no obligation to retain such Client Records or to respond to inquiries concerning any Asset Review.

Records Retention. The Servicer shall retain in its files copies of all documents, reports and invoices described in this Section.
Records Retention. All records relevant to this Agreement shall be retained for a minimum of seven (7) years. This retention period runs from the date of payment for the relevant goods or services by TFC, or from the date of termination of the Agreement, whichever is later. Retention time shall be extended when an audit is scheduled or in progress for a period reasonably necessary to complete an audit and/or to complete any administrative proceeding or litigation which may ensue.
