Common use of ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS Clause in Contracts

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS. By signing the Rental Agreement, the Client acknowledges that he has read the terms and conditions set out herein above, understands the legal implications thereof and consider himself legally bound thereto. In the event that the Client does not understand any term or condition set out herein above, he is requested to ask for an explanation thereof from a Europcar authorised representative before signing the Rental Agreement. The Client acknowledges that these terms and conditions are fair and reasonable and without which Europcar would not have entered into the Rental Agreement.
