Acknowledgment of the Grant. In accepting the Award, the Participant acknowledges that the Participant has received a copy of the Plan and the Award Agreement, including this Appendix A, has reviewed the Plan and the Award Agreement, including this Appendix A, in their entirety and fully understands and accepts all provisions of the Plan and the Award Agreement, including this Appendix A.
