Common use of Acknowledgment of Unfair Competition Clause in Contracts

Acknowledgment of Unfair Competition. Shareholder hereby acknowledges and agrees that the sale or unauthorized use or disclosure of any of the Company’s Confidential Information by any means whatsoever and any time before, during or after the Restricted Period shall constitute “Unfair Competition”. Shareholder agrees that he or she shall not engage in Unfair Competition either during the Restricted Period or any time thereafter.
