Acknowledgment; Severability. I acknowledge that the restrictions contained in this Agreement are reasonable and necessary to protect the legitimate business interests of the Company, and will not impair or infringe upon my right to work or earn a living in the event my employment with the Company ends. The provisions of this Agreement are severable. If any provision is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, in whole or in part, the remaining provisions and any partially enforceable provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
