Common use of Acknowledgments and Reaffirmations Clause in Contracts

Acknowledgments and Reaffirmations. 6.1 The Borrower hereby reaffirms the Loan Documents to which it is a party and agrees that such Loan Documents remain in full force and effect. 6.2 By their signatures below, each of the Guarantors specifically consents to each of the amendments, consents and agreements herein and reaffirms the continuing effectiveness of their respective guaranty, general security agreement and UCC financing statements originally executed and delivered in connection with the Agreement, and agrees that such guaranty, general security agreement and UCC financing statements cover payment of any and all Obligations under the Agreement as amended hereby.
