Acknowledgments by Software Sample Clauses

Acknowledgments by Software. (a) Each party acknowledges that the other party and/or its Subsidiaries has exclusive right in and to the Marks and will not at any time do or cause to be done any act or thing contesting or in any way impairing or tending to impair any part of such right. All use of the Marks of the by Software will inure to the benefit of CDC. (b) Neither party shall in any manner represent that it has any ownership in the Marks of the other party or the registration thereof.
