ACKNOWLEDGMENTS BY THE EXECUTIVE. The Executive acknowledges that: (a) the services to be performed by him under this Agreement are of a special, unique, unusual, extraordinary, and intellectual character; (b) the Employer's business is national in scope and its products are marketed throughout the United States and Canada; (c) the Employer competes with other businesses that are or could be located in any part of the United States or Canada; (d) the Employer has required that the Executive make the covenants set forth in this Section 7 as a condition to employment by Employer; and (e) the provisions of this Section 7 are reasonable and necessary to protect the Employer's business.

The Executive acknowledges that: (aA) the services to be performed by him under this Agreement are of a special, unique, unusual, extraordinary, and intellectual character; (bB) the Employer's business is national international in scope and its products are marketed throughout the United States and CanadaNorth America; (cC) the Employer competes with other businesses that are or could be located in any part of the United States or CanadaNorth America; (dD) the Employer has required that the Executive make the covenants set forth in this Section 7 8 as a condition to employment by Employerentering into this Agreement; and (eE) the provisions of this Section 7 8 are reasonable and necessary to protect the Employer's business.

The Executive acknowledges that: (a) the services to be performed by him under this Agreement are of a special, unique, unusual, extraordinary, and intellectual character; (b) the Employer's business is national in scope and its products are marketed throughout the United States and CanadaStates; (c) the Employer competes with other businesses that are or could be located in any part of the United States or CanadaStates; (d) the Employer has required that the Executive make the covenants set forth in this Section 7 8 as a condition to employment by the Employer; 's agreement to provide the Executive with the trade secrets and other Confidential Information related to such employment, and (e) the provisions of this Section 7 8 are reasonable and necessary to protect the Employer's business.

The Executive acknowledges that: (a) the services to be performed by him under this Agreement are of a special, unique, unusual, extraordinary, and intellectual character; (b) the Employer's business is national in scope and its products are marketed throughout the United States and CanadaStates; (c) the Employer competes with other businesses that are or could be located in any part of the United States or CanadaStates; (d) the Employer Buyer has required that the Executive make the covenants set forth in this Section 7 as a condition to employment by Employerthe Buyer's purchase of the Assets; and (e) the provisions of this Section 7 are reasonable and necessary to protect the Employer's business.
