Acknowledgments Regarding Future Accommodations. Borrower and Guarantor each acknowledge that Administrative Agent and Lenders have not made any assurances concerning any possibility of a further extension of the Maturity Date (other than as explicitly provided for herein) or any other accommodations. Any subsequent agreement by Administrative Agent and Lenders to further extend the Maturity Date (other than as explicitly provided for in the Loan Agreement, as amended pursuant to this Amendment), if any, must be set forth in writing and signed by a duly authorized signatory of Administrative Agent and Lenders.
